Tommy's notes: The #69 is also Garry Evans and the reference to "the big O" is of course the Oswego Speedway.
Garry Evans remains active in local racing in Southern Ontario today, campaigning sprint cars on the Southern Ontario Sprints circuit out of his shops in London for himself and teammate Jim Davies. Garry was also co-owner of the Cayuga Speedway in Nelles Corners, Ontario until 2006 when he sold it.
